User Name: Any number of characters or numbers that you want to use to identify yourself to the computer. This name will not be visible to any other user, but is kept in the log records associated with your name. Josiah M. Bromley, the big game hunter might use: Josiah, or JMB, or jmb, or JMBromley, or cathunter, or jmb249, or jMb. All user names in the system are unique, so the first Josiah to register under that user name gets it, others named Josiah can add a number if they want to use Josiah (the last 4 of his phone number for example): Josiah2461

Password: A number of characters or numbers. The only rule is that it can't be the same as your user name. Many sites have rules requiring 6 or more letters and at least one number. We don't! This isn't your bank account or credit card. Keep it short, and simple to remember.

Our server is case sensitive. Upper and lower case letters are different. So John is not the same as john, or JOHN. Once registered, to get into the members area BOTH your user name and password must match what is on file. EXACTLY. Therefore write down what you enter during registration. You'll also get a copy when you are cleared for entry. You can also use the password recovery feature on the registration page to recover your user name and password.
